Exchanges & Refunds

At Silly Billyz USA we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase the following policies are designed to take care of you:

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you think the products you received are defective – within 90 days of purchase, we will gladly replace them at no cost to you. We may ask that you provide us with a picture and description of the problem and we reserve the right to replace the product or provide you a complete refund at our discretion. Please contact us via email at info@sillybillyzusa.com or call us at 1-800-315-3039 if you think you have received a defective product.

REFUNDS

If for any reason, within 60 days of date of purchase, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Silly Billyz USA we will gladly refund your money. After 60 days, we reserve the right to exchange or replace the product with a similar product. If you would like a refund please email us at info@sillybillyzusa.com and we will take care of you.
